These are the days

There comes a time in a father's life when he realizes his baby isn't a baby anymore. Could be when they say their first word, or hug you for the first time. But really, it's the day they start to walk. And for my one year old son, that day is today. Unfortunately, he couldn't wait one day till I had the day off and could see it for myself. Though that really doesn't matter. My little boy is walking finally and I couldn't be happier about it. He's looking so much like a little boy now instead of the baby I wanted him to be. Pretty soon he will be running the bases, skating down the ice, throwing a touchdown, and dunking a basketball. Okay, so like his daddy, he is very white and will NEVER dunk a basketball without a trampoline's help. But you get the idea. SO today's song of the day is "Walk Like a Man." Way to go Moose, Daddy is so proud of you!
